We had a blast this weekend. On Saturday we met with an old coworker of mine and gossiped talked about the current state of work and her job. It was good to see how happy and positive she was. I've been worried about her since the layoffs. On Sunday we made another go at the fish store. The fish decor is going to be the bane of my existance... It's still dropping the PH level. When we removed it the level was 5. After a 25/30 gallon water change it went back up to 7. The owner of the store was super cool and hopefully figured out the issue. $70 later I'm pluggin in a more expensive airpump and crossing my fingers. If this doesn't work I'm shutting the tank off and getting rid of it. Now I have to wait AGAIN to get some more fish. *grumbles*
