I am annoyed. We have some city workers outside our window... Who have yet to do ANYTHING. Seriously... I don't even know what they're there for. They pulled up around 8AM and immediately started laughing/talking loudly. I finally put the covers and a pillow over my head to drown out the sounds. I woke up at 10AM and they were STILL jabbering away. I peeked out the window to see three guys, two leaning back in some work truck, chatting like its Miller Time. Bastards...
